Proprietary Solvti Odoo Module License v1.1

Valid from 2026-02-20

This module and associated files (the "Module") may only be used (executed, executed after installation, modified for integration) if you have purchased a valid license from Solvti Sp. z o. o. (the "Author"), typically via direct sale or Authorized distribution, or if you have received a written agreement from the Author of the Module.

For the purposes of this license, the term "Software" means the Odoo system with which the Module is intended to operate with.

The license grants you a non-exclusive and non-transferable right to install and use the Module solely for the benefit of the legal entity that has purchased the license. Each license is valid for one legal entity (the "Client") or its capital related entities.

Notwithstanding the non-transferability clause, Authorized Solvti Partners may purchase and redistribute this Module to their Clients, provided that: (1) each deployment is registered with the Author via email or Solvti Portal prior to installation; (2) a separate license fee is paid for each unique legal entity (Client) using the Module; and (3) the Partner remains responsible for ensuring the Client adheres to these license terms.

You may modify the Module insofar as such modifications are necessary for technical integration with the Software and for adapting it to the business requirements of the Client. However, the result of such modifications may not be commercialized, sublicensed, resold, or otherwise made available, whether for free or for payment, to any third party.

The license applies exclusively to the version of the Software current at the moment of purchase, or to the specific version indicated in the product sheet provided with the Module.

The license is valid only upon full payment of the applicable license fee. In the case of subscription-based or recurring fees, the ongoing payment of such fees is a condition for maintaining the license in force.

It is forbidden to copy, adapt beyond the permitted integration, translate, reverse engineer, or publish, the Module or modified copies of the Module. Any installation, sharing, or reuse of the same licensed copy for multiple Clients or legal entities is strictly forbidden and may result in immediate termination of the license. All title, ownership rights, and intellectual property rights in and to the Module remain with the Author.

The above copyright notice and this permission notice must be included in all copies of the Module that are distributed to the Client under a valid license.

THE MODULE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NONINFRINGEMENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AUTHOR OR COPYRIGHT HOLDER BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES OR OTHER LIABILITY, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM, OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE MODULE OR THE USE OR OTHER DEALINGS IN THE MODULE.
