What you'll be doing
You've spent years in accounting and you know what month-end closing, inventory accounting or FIFO stock valuation really look like? We're looking for someone who wants to move from pure accounting into Odoo ERP implementations - and bring knowledge to our team that can't be learned in the middle of a project.
At Solvti you help companies set up finance, inventory and manufacturing in Odoo so that accounting runs faster and the numbers add up. You talk to clients' chief accountants and management as an equal - because you know their work from the inside.
You don't need to know IT or Odoo. We'll teach you the system - nobody learns accounting on the job. IT knowledge is, of course, a plus.

You're the go-to partner for clients' chief accountants and finance directors.
You translate accounting needs into Odoo configuration - and back again.
You design finance processes: chart of accounts, taxes, receivables and payables, month-end closing.
You set up inventory accounting and stock valuation (FIFO, standard cost) in Odoo.
You take care of Polish specifics: KSeF, JPK_VAT, JPK_CIT and statutory reporting.
You lead data and opening-balance migration when a system goes live.
You train clients' finance teams and support them after go-live.
You work side by side with experienced Solvti consultants and developers.
Over time you take full ownership of your own clients as a Solutions Consultant.
Your first months are hands-on Odoo learning with an experienced consultant at your side. Your accounting knowledge is useful in projects from day one - we add the tool.

Ability to explain accounting complexity to people outside finance
Accuracy and ownership of the result
Willingness to tell the client the truth, even when it's uncomfortable
Around 10 years of hands-on accounting experience (full bookkeeping)
Experience in a manufacturing or trading company with a warehouse: inventory accounting, stock valuation (FIFO), production costing
Independently handling month-end and year-end closing
Good knowledge of Polish regulations: VAT, KSeF, JPK
Fluent Polish and communicative English (we work in an international team)
Living in or near Wrocław, willing to work at least 2 days a week from the office
Working with an ERP system (Odoo, SAP, Comarch, enova, Symfonia...) - as a user or a key user during an implementation
Experience in an accounting office or e-commerce
Confidence in Excel (pivot tables, formulas)
Interest in IT, automation and AI
Norwegian or German

Compensation & work setup
The exact rate depends on your experience and how much knowledge, skill and wisdom you bring. For a true expert we're ready to go above the range.

B2B contract · net + VAT / hour
120–170 PLN
Hybrid work - at least 2 days a week from our office at Strzegomska 42AB in Wrocław. If you'd rather come in 3 or 4 days a week, or every day, that's great too. Employment contract or B2B - your choice. We hire for the long run: we're looking for people we'll be working with for years, not for a single project.
