Definitions and General Information
For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:
1.1. The controller of personal data on Solvti.com is Solvti Sp. z o.o., with its registered office at ul. Strzegomska 42Ab, 53-611 Wrocław, Poland.
1.2. Website – the website available at: https://www.solvti.com/
1.3. User – any entity using the Website.
1.4. The Controller collects information about Users and their behavior in the following ways:
- through information voluntarily provided in forms,
- by storing cookies on Users’ end devices.
1.5. This Policy is an informational document and does not replace the internal data protection policies implemented by the Controller in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

Chapter 2
Information in Forms
2.1. The Controller collects information voluntarily provided by the User.
2.2. The Controller may also record connection parameters (such as timestamp and IP address).
2.3. Data provided in forms is not shared with third parties.
2.4. If the data provided in a form enables identification of a natural person, such person has the right to access, modify, and request cessation of the processing of their data at any time. Data provided in forms is processed for purposes resulting from the function of the specific form, e.g., for business contact purposes.
Chapter 3
Information on Cookies
3.1. The Controller uses cookies, which are small text files stored on the User’s end device (e.g., computer, tablet, smartphone). Cookies may be read by the Controller’s IT system.
3.2. The Controller stores cookies on the User’s device and subsequently accesses the information contained therein for statistical purposes, marketing purposes (remarketing), and to ensure the proper functioning of the Website.
3.3. The User may configure their web browser in such a way as to prevent cookies from being stored on their device. In such case, using the Website may be limited.
3.4. Cookies may be deleted by the User after being stored by the Controller through appropriate browser settings, dedicated software, or system tools available within the operating system used by the User

Data Disclosure and Entrustment
4.1. Data may be disclosed to external entities only within legally permitted limits.
4.2. Data enabling identification of a natural person is disclosed only with that person’s consent.
4.3. The Controller may be obliged to provide information collected through the Website to authorized authorities based on lawful requests and within the scope of such requests.

Server Logs
5.1. Using the Website involves sending requests to the server on which the Website is hosted.
5.2. Each request is recorded in server logs, including, among others, the User’s IP address, server date and time, and information about the User’s web browser and operating system.
5.3. Logs are stored on the server.
5.4. Data stored in server logs is not associated with specific individuals using the Website and is not used by the Controller to identify Users.
5.5. Server logs serve solely as auxiliary material for administering the Website and are not disclosed to anyone other than authorized personnel responsible for server administration.
