Odoo / Python Developer
Wrocław,
Polen
What you'll be doing
We're looking for an experienced Python developer who knows Odoo - or knows Python really well and wants to commit to Odoo for the long run. You build modules, integrations and extensions that solve real problems for our clients: manufacturing, trading and service companies from Poland, Norway and Germany.
You're not just a ticket executor. You talk to consultants and clients, you understand why a feature is needed, and you suggest a simpler solution when there is one. Often the best code is the code you don't have to write, because standard Odoo already does the job.
You work in a small team where results and ownership of what you deliver are what count.

You develop Odoo modules (Python, ORM, XML, OWL/JavaScript) for several clients at once.
You talk to consultants and clients - you understand the problem before you start coding.
You build integrations with external systems: APIs, e-commerce, banks, KSeF, warehouse systems.
You estimate realistically and make sure the client's budget is well spent.
You migrate modules and data between Odoo versions.
You write tests and do code reviews.
You care about performance and quality - SQL queries, PostgreSQL, logs, monitoring.
You share knowledge with the team and help less experienced developers.
You take ownership of what you ship to production.
We judge your work by whether solutions work for our clients and whether clients are happy with them - not by lines of code.
Independence - you organize your own work across several projects
Business thinking - you understand why the client needs a feature
Simplicity over over-engineering - standard Odoo first, code second
Clear communication with non-technical people
Ownership of quality and delivery
At least 5 years of commercial experience as a software engineer
At least 2 years with Odoo (framework, ORM, custom modules)
Very good Python, SQL and PostgreSQL
Experience with REST APIs and system integrations
Git and DevOps basics (Docker, Linux)
Fluent Polish and English
Living in or near Wrocław, willing to work at least 2 days a week from the office
Odoo certification or your own modules on Odoo Apps / GitHub
OWL / JavaScript (Odoo frontend)
Azure experience (Entra ID, App Services)
Understanding of business processes: accounting, inventory, manufacturing
Experience with KSeF / e-invoicing
Using AI in your daily work as a developer (Claude Code, Codex, MCP, Cursor, etc.)
No Odoo yet, but very strong Python and a real wish to learn it? Apply anyway - let's talk
