Sales Terms for Digital Products

1. WAIVER OF THE 14-DAY WITHDRAWAL RIGHT

- By making a purchase in Solvti Shop, the Customer agrees to the immediate commencement of digital service delivery and **waives the 14-day statutory right of withdrawal** under consumer protection law. 

- This waiver applies to all digital products offered in Solvti Shop.


2. SCOPE

- These terms govern the sale of digital applications offered by Solvti Shop (hereinafter: "Shop") and define the rights and obligations of the Customer and the Shop.

 

3. DIGITAL SOFTWARE AND WAIVER OF THE 14-DAY WITHDRAWAL RIGHT

- Products offered by Solvti Shop are digital software for download or installation.

- By purchasing a product, the Customer agrees to the immediate commencement of digital service delivery and **waives the 14-day statutory right of withdrawal** under consumer protection law.

 

4. COMPLAINTS AND REFUNDS

3.1. Timeframe for submission

- Requests for refunds or complaints may be submitted **within 60 days from the date of purchase**.

 

4.2. Contact with the application author

- The Customer must first contact the application author using the support channels provided by Solvti Shop.

- The author has 15 days to respond and attempt to resolve the reported issue.

 

4.3. Shop intervention

- If no agreement is reached within 15 days, either the Customer or the author may request Solvti Shop to resolve the dispute.

- Solvti Shop makes the final decision regarding any refund.

 

4.4. Cases where a refund may be granted

- The application contains a bug that was not resolved during the complaint period.

- The application does not have a feature clearly described in its product description.

- The application does not install or function on the system version for which it was purchased.

- The application violates licensing terms or other Solvti Shop publication rules.

- The purchase was made as a result of fraud.

 

4.5. Cases where a refund will not be granted

- The Customer requests a new feature not described in the product description.

- The reported bug was fixed within 15 days.

- The application functions technically correctly but does not meet the Customer’s individual needs.

- The application was purchased for the wrong system version.

- The application cannot be used in a SaaS environment if it is not compatible.

 

4.6. Conditions of refund

- Upon refund approval, the Customer agrees to **cease using the application and remove it from their system**.

- The refund must be accepted within 30 days, otherwise it may be canceled.

 

5. NATURE OF WARRANTY

- Solvti Shop does not provide a traditional "warranty" on digital applications.

- Responsibility for technical support and bug fixes lies with the application author.

- Solvti Shop acts as an arbitrator in disputes between the Customer and the application author.
