What you'll be doing
We’re looking for someone to join our 8-person team of Solutions Consultants. This role combines client relationship management, a deep understanding of the client’s business, and responsibility for making sure their IT investment actually delivers value. We’re looking for someone who understands the client’s business so well that they can recommend the next step before the client even asks for it.
You’ll work mainly on Odoo implementations, but your job is not coding or sales — we have other people for that. Your role is to make sure the project makes business sense, the budget is used wisely, and the client feels that someone is genuinely looking after them.
And of course, you know Odoo ERP well :) Because it’s your everyday tool for solving clients’ business problems.

You're the main point of contact for your assigned clients.
You understand not just the client's needs, but the needs of their clients too.
You get to know their business well enough to comfortably discuss their Business Model Canvas.
You watch over the budget agreed with the client and make sure it's used effectively.
You choose a billing model so the client sees real value after implementation and pays invoices on time.
You plan the Solvti team's work for your clients.
You make sure the client's IT investment actually pays off.
You look after client satisfaction with working with Solvti.
You look after the profitability of your assigned client relationships.
We measure your work with two things: how much of the team's time is actually spent on client projects, and how clients rate working with us. No elaborate metrics - we look at whether clients are happy and whether we're working on things that matter.
Independence - you decide what matters for your clients each month
Ability to have difficult conversations, including about money
Thinking in terms of the client's business, not just system features
Willingness to tell the client the truth, even when it's uncomfortable
Ability to work effectively with a multilingual team
2 years of experience in system implementations - Odoo, other ERPs, AI, accounting/finance systems - or 5 years of overall professional experience
Solid knowledge of either Odoo or finance and accounting
Fluent Polish and English
Living in or near Wrocław
Willingness to work at least 2 days a week from the Wrocław office - more is better
A few years working in accounting - in e-commerce, manufacturing or an accounting office. If you want to move from accounting into IT implementations, this is a great fit for us
Norwegian or German - we have clients in both countries
Previous experience with Odoo
Familiarity with Polish accounting practicalities - KSeF, JPK_VAT

Compensation & work setup
The exact amount depends on your experience and how much knowledge, experience, skill and wisdom you bring.

9,000–18,500 PLN gross / month
B2B contract
60–180 PLN + VAT / hour
Hybrid work - minimum 2 days from the Wrocław office, though most of the team is in more often. We're growing and plan to open offices in Norway and Germany, so you're joining an organization that's genuinely growing - and you have a say in what this role looks like in two years.
