Challenge: the system existed, but it didn’t work for them
Iris Galerie was already using Odoo. Technically, the system was operational; however, insufficient support from the integrator and the company’s rapid growth during its first months of operation made it difficult to fully leverage Odoo’s capabilities.

PROJECT SCOPE
What did Solvti do?
This project was not a greenfield Odoo implementation. Solvti took over an existing system and systematically — while keeping operations running without stopping production — rebuilt key operational areas.
Production and production-logistics processes
Implementation of BOMs, work centers, production operations, quality checks, and production stage tracking. Every order and product received a visible status within the system.

Configuration of inventory and stock valuation processes as preparation for a potential future expansion into the Accounting module.

Every change — regardless of its complexity — had to be implemented by Solvti without interrupting Iris Galerie’s operations. The company was processing thousands of orders every month, so production had to keep running and shipments had to keep going out.
